1. Subscription Payments

  • All subscriptions to Bloxelizer are billed in advance and are non-refundable. This includes both monthly and yearly subscription plans.
  • Once a payment is processed, it is considered final, and no refunds will be issued for the time remaining on the current billing period, regardless of whether the service has been used.

2. Cancellation of Subscription

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. After cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the current billing cycle ends.
  • Once your subscription has been canceled, you will not be charged for future billing periods, but refunds for partial months or years of service will not be issued.

3. Refund Requests

  • Refund requests may be considered in certain exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues with the service that prevent its use. Refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of Bloxelizer’s support team.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

  • If you dispute a charge with your credit card provider that we believe to be valid, we reserve the right to suspend your account until the matter is resolved.
